Laundry

Our machines are intuitive and very easy to use. Simply follow these steps:

1. Make sure the machine is switched on
   The control panel should be illuminated. If not, press the power button.
   
   

2. Place your laundry inside the drum
   Ensure that the door is properly closed.
   
   

3. Select the desired wash program
   Choose the program that best suits your laundry.
   
   

4. Make the payment at the central payment unit
   Please make sure you select the correct machine — all machines are clearly numbered.
   
   

5. Start the wash cycle
   Press the START button on the selected machine.
   
   

Note: For added convenience, all washing machines already include the necessary products for the wash cycle — detergent, grease‑removing additive, fabric softener and disinfectant — at no extra cost.

*KeepCard is a card that allows you to use our washing prices.

It can be purchased at the Payment Station, and top‑ups can be made at the same location starting from €0.10. The card and its balance have no expiration date, allowing you to use it whenever you wish.
